جرى يوم أمس حفل توزيع جوائز الأكاديمية البريطانية للسينما و التلفيزيون BAFTA و التي تعد المكافيء البريطاني لجوائز الأوسكار الأمريكية , و كما كان متوقعاً تماماً حظي فيلم المخرج توم هوبر The King's Speech بالغلة الأوفر بحصده سبع جوائز بما فيها أفضل فيلم , في حين فجر المخرج ديفيد فينشر مفاجأةً في بلاد الإنجليز بنيله جائزة أفضل إخراج عن فيلم The Social Network الذي نال جائزتي أفضل سيناريو مقتبس و أفضل مونتاج , في حين كسر نجمي The King's Speech جيفري راش و هيلينا بونهام كارتر سيطرة نجوم The Fighter على جوائز التمثيل المساعد لعام 2010 .
