ترشيحات جوائز البافتا لعام 2011

 
أعلنت الأكاديمية البريطانية للسينما و التلفيزيون منذ قليل عن قائمة المرشحين لجوائزها السنوية التي تكرّم الإنجازات الأفضل في عالم السينما و التلفيزيون و الشهيرة BAFTA ، و حظي فيلم The Artist بمقدمة السباق بنيله 12 ترشيحاً للجائزة ، متبوعاً بفيلم Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy الذي نال 11 ترشيحاً ، ثم فيلم مارتن سكورسيزي الجديد Hugo  بتسع ، و My Week with Marilyn بست ترشيحات ، في حين كوفئت أفلام  The Help و War Horse بخمس ترشيحاتٍ لكلٍ منهما .

و على الرغم من ترشيحاته التسعة بما فيها ترشيحه في فئة أفضل إخراج لم يحصل فيلم Hugo على ترشيحٍ في فئة أفضل فيلم ، في حين حصلت المخرجة لين رامزي على ترشيحٍ مفاجئ في فئة أفضل إخراج عن فيلمها We Need To Talk About Kevin ، كما حظيت نجمة فيلم The Artist بيرانيسه بيخو بترشيحٍ في فئة أفضل ممثلة رئيسية و ليست مساعدة كما كان متوقعاً ، في حين كان غياب جانيت ماكتير عن ترشيحات فئة أفضل ممثلة مساعدة أكثر الأمور الملفتة في الفئة ، كحال غياب نيك نولتي و ألبرت بروكس من ترشيحات فئة أفضل ممثل مساعد .

يذكر أن جوائز البافتا ستمنح في حفلها السنوي المقرر في الثاني عشر من فبراير.
